Community Updates 5.6.22 Part 1

The weatherman has promised good nice weather ahead, but as we know he has been known to be wrong 🤞

As you are aware, our community is very active preparing for summer days ahead. Vendors are working around community and by end of month pool will be open, bocce will begin and we will be able to enjoy our outdoor amenities!

The Board would like to remind community that Homeowners guests, nurses, aides, house cleaners etc. must not block driveways of residents and to please park in marked guest parking.

Rummikub:

Moving forward, The Wednesday 1pm Game will be called the Wednesday Game Day.

Games to be played on Wednesday at the clubhouse at 1pm will be:

* Rummikub

* Mexican Train

* Scrabble

These games are open to everyone. No advance sign up is required.

We already have some of these games, but if you have your own, please feel free to bring it.

We’ve been having fun playing Rummikub these past weeks. I think opening Game Day up to the 2 additional games will add to the fun.

Your hostess,

Irene

Community Updates 3.11.22

Enjoy the beautiful day today as tomorrow weather report not looking to good. Please take all necessary precautions to stay safe.

A message from the Board:

As you all are aware we have purchased a new Universal piece of equipment for the gym.  This equipment is an asset to the gym and is used by many. In setting up this piece of equipment it was strategically placed to fit among the other equipment safely.

Over the last several weeks this equipment has been moved away from original space multiple times and the notices that have been placed in gym advising not to move equipment have been ignored and destroyed. This will not be tolerated and a fine will be instituted if you are caught doing so. No one is to move equipment or destroy signs that have been placed in the gym or clubhouse by the Board. Thank you for your cooperation.

Two vending machines have been installed in the gym. Feel free to purchase a snack or soft drink during your games or socializing.

With Sincere Thanks,
Fran and David
